Abstract: 200-500 words
The main objective of this thesis is to understand how the chilean artistic practices using media and languages based on the fields of technology and science have reflected and constructed a critical discourse on political and social processes in the country during the period 1990 to 2014, called Transition. So we've had to rebuild its historical context to artistic and political level, tracing the aesthetic and conceptual genealogies that precede contemporary practices, which have analyzed from various epistemological approaches such as new materialisms, Actor Network Theory, feminisms and decolonial thinking.
