- Abstract: 200-500 words
- The screen, infiltrated in the territory of contemporary artistic practice, presents itself as a device equipped with an operativity, not only capable of organizing the obscured space where the projected image faces it, but also of being installed so as to capture the spectator's attention by its luminous strength, or even by presenting itself as a fully interactive and penetrable surface through the action of the observer's body. Converted into receiver, transmitter and interface, the screen has been, not only a field of continuous change, but it has also kept reformulating the propositions requested to the viewer himself. This research is meant to be a contribution to the study of the hybrid areas where different visual schemes crossover, both operating it as a frame, acting as a window to another space, or placing it within the immersive experience, susceptible to the blurring of its outlines.
